I am going to keep a dead-tree journal of my mead-brewing activities. It's really going to be more of a lab-journal type of thing once I get going with this, but I'm going to also put in notes about what experiences I have throughout. I thought it would be fun, though, to scan in the entries and run a LJ of the pics. Be warned... all pics are pretty big, so you probably shouldn't view this LJ over a dial-up-connection. Below are my first couple of entries.
